Monday 11 July saw Nic and kids head over to Nahlap Beach Resort for the day. Caroline, her daughter Imogen and the Aust Ambassadors son Patrick also made the journey. It is a bit of an effort because the word resort doesn't really paint the picture that you would think. It is really just a beautiful island that you have to take everything with you. So packing lunch, snacks, toys, toilet paper, snorkelling gear the day before takes some work.

Once the base camp was established the kids did their own thing. This little hut made of palm leaves kept them entertained for a little while at least.
