To provide Disney the ability to claim all the financial benefits of being an 'international' cruise we pulled into Victoria at the bottom of Vancouver Island for four hours.
So with only four hours to explore we were quickly off the ship and on the bus to downtown Victoria.
There's lots of totem poles all through Alaska and Canada. You would expect that this one was an orginal......
After a dinner at the 'Stickey Wicket' pub we headed down to the harbour. They really rate their orcas, even turning hedges into them.
Without a doubt the prettiest port we visited.
The Express Hotel is a very impressive landmark.
Not as impressive as the Parliment Building though.
Nothing like starting training early. God knows the Wallabies need some quality second rowers.
What did I say about Canadians and orcas...
Puts a few government buildings I won't mention to shame. Hydro-electricity to it's maximum effect.
The next morning we arrived back in Seattle and it was suddenly all over. Boom. Disney do a great cruise, I'll give them that. Oh well, off to the airport for a short flight to San Francisco and a drive to the Napa Valley.
