What we planned to be the highlight of the month in the USA certainly didn't dissapoint - the Disney Cruise on the Disney Wonder through the Inner Passage of Western Alaska. I've broken it up into a few blogs as there was way too many pictures to put into one. This one, as the title suggests, captures most of the characters onboard. The cruise was really well organised in every way; characters were available everyday for photo opportunities or, if you were lucky, you caught up with them just walking around the ship. The kids loved it.
Waiting to check on to the ship was a very easy process and once we saw Minnie Mouse we truly realised we had arrived......
Then the King of Kings arrived; the kids couldn't stop smiling and we weren't even on the ship yet.
I didn't even know who this was - Indi quickly whispered that it was Belle. I still don't know who that is.........
It didn't take too long for the kids to get into 'pose mode'.
Now you're talking. I knew who this one was.
Once again I was a little unsure. 'Stitch Daddy Stitch'. Lucky the cabin had a channel dedicated to Disney films, so I got to watch 'Lilo and Stitch' for the first time with the kids. Lucky me.....
Jaxon was in Disney character heaven.
Indi decided to befriend Brother Bear and take a stroll around the upperdeck.
Brother Bear (not sure who the other one was).
One of the nights was Character night during meal time. Very cool. Once again the kids couldn't stop smiling (or eat their dinner).
Plenty of smiles here as well.
Goofy, what a champion.
'Are these rats?' 'No Daddy that's Chip and Dale' 'Oh yeah - I knew that'
While stepping ashore in Victoria Canada we came across Sully from Monsters Inc. A statue but the kids didn't mind.
The characters is what it's all about I guess, and they did a fantastic job. Bravo Disney.
