Every kids dream is to head to Disneyland. Add a billion or two Chinese and the dream has potential to be a nightmare. China is currently the most cashed-up society in the world and they are constantly looking for ways to spend their money. We visited Disneyland on a week day in a non school break period and it was still pretty busy. I can't imagine what it would be like on a weekend or during the holidays.
Even the carkpark and entry path is lined with heaps of Disney statues and signs.
Once inside it was straight to Toy Story Land. Jaxon had an itch that had to be scratched.
As luck would have it as soon as we arrived so did Woody and Jessie. First celebrity pic taken care of.
Of course Jessie wanted to get rid of Woody and keep Scott.....
In line for the parashoot drop. 'Incoming!!!!!'
Next stop saw us hanging out with Buzz.
The jungle cruise hasn't changed much over the years but was still very much a hit.
An oldie but a goodie.
Hanging about in Tarzan's Tree House.
Cinderellas Carousel.
The Disney Parade was also a hit with the kids. But there is only so long that a Daddy with a sore back can hold 20kgs that won't sit still on his shoulders.
The King of Disneyland has arrived.
Pooh Bear.
Buzz gives a screaming Jaxon a wave (I told Jaxon Buzz was waving at him anyway).
The 'we were there' pic you have to have.
Done and dusted in one day. The joy of having little kids that are happy to play in a playground.
The highlight of the day was yet to come.......
