Wet N Wild Hawaii

The day Jaxon came of age. We booked a family trip to Wet N Wild and witnessed a little boy become a man (or a big boy at the very least). Jaxon has no fear of fast rides and with his hair gelled up he just made the minimum height for most of the rides.

First ride of the day saw Jaxon and Daddy in some tube ride. He laughed and screamed all the way down.

As soon as we got to the bottom he wanted to go again. Lucky it was a weekday and not school holidays.
Nic at the wave pool. This thing pushes out five-foot waves once it gets going. Sitting on a floating tube can be fun; until you fall out. Just ask Indi.....

Food is always a welcome distraction for these two.

Jaxon's favourite ride. This is where it happened people. He had to go down all by himself, holding on to the handles on the supplied rubber mat. At the end of the first run he said "I thought I was going to die Daddy, but I didn't, so I think we should go again". Brave little bugga.

After two rides with Scott he convinced Nic to have a go. To her credit she did it, never again though. I think she is still shaking.

Four times in a row for Jaxon. Scott worked out the ride and made it all the way to the end on the last run. Jaxon wanted more but we had to put a stop to it otherwise we would still be there.

A huge change of pace, a leisurely float in kiddie land.

I think Indi will be the same as Jaxon in time. If we didn't get to her quick enough she would be down this slide on her own, laughing all the way. It was great to see the kids laughing and smiling all day - money well spent.
