Sorry it's been so long since the last post. Scott has been away in Townsville with one of the Patrol Boats doing a refit, he was home for ten days and now we are on some R&R in Hawaii. We'll try and get you all up-to-date over the next few days or so.
In the ten days that Scott was home Nic took the opportunity to head over to Black Coral with a few girlfriends for the day. Black Coral is a little island that is surrounded by coral reefs and is pretty much protected from the usual winds because of it's location on the south of Pohnpei. There isn't a whole lot to do there except relax. So why not do it....
As always there is always the danger of a coconut falling on your noggen.
By all accounts Nic enjoyed the day on the island.
Nothing like a bit of snorkeling in a tropical paradise.
You can see the deep channel in the background. Excellent for a bit of a deeper snorkel. A relaxing place for sure.
